Yearbooks is a new product venture with in the popular photobook app Chatbooks.
What is Chatbooks?

Chatbooks achieved variable printing at scale using centralized printing facilities and streamlined supply chain to efficiently produce personalized photo books without manual intervention. How it works
Chatbooks would NOT be the publisher in this idea. But simply sharing profits with the school's current publishers and providing them with student information and additional custom yearbook files.
Mobile Photo Editing
In the discovery page with in the Chatbooks app a Yearbooks offer is presented.
The user would select the desired number of pages each with a specific layout templates.
Next the user would curate each template with their desired photos from their phone, cloud or camera.
After editing each page the user receives a final preview and chance rearrange pages to their desire.
Finally with a streamlined confirmation and checkout process, students can now customize their own school yearbook.
