Smart Forms
Smart Forms consist of a value proposition (ex: Scholarship Calculator, Program Fit Assessment, Application Fee Waiver, etc) and immediate feedback and results upon completion. The vast majority of website forms responses offer minimal information if any, and tell users to "Watch their inbox" for an automated reply.
Smart Forms use an instituion data and a student's answers to formualte personalized next steps, solutions / answers and direct call to action to progress forward down the enrollment funnel.

Integrations Page
Prior to the integration service, data was stored and transfered through a .csv or .sftp file to clients on a weekly or monthly basis.
Providing service to Salesforce and Slate crm as well as other data transfer tools became a key factor in customer acquisition and retention. A significant benchmark for company progression.

UTM Tracking
UTM tracking is a method of adding specific code snippets (called UTM parameters) to the end of a URL to track where website traffic is coming from allowing marketers to accurately measure the performance of different marketing campaigns, channels, and content across various platforms like social media, email, and paid ads.
As a client installs the Halda script into the header it enables comprehensive data tracking, identifing its source and effectiveness.


Analytics
Each Smart Form activated will supply data about each question answered by the student. Examples shown are conversion rates, device type, browser preference, location, declared majors and starting semester, etc. Also cost projection calculator pulled from current data.

Login Page
The idea of utilizing half of the login screen for promotional content as well as onboarding information was an experiment I thoroughly enjoyed. I believed would it increase our daily active users and further our goal to achieving Product Lead Growth.

HAL - AI Assistant
During the height of the 2023 ChatGPT hype cycle Halda like many tech startups fell victim to the immediate pivot to new ai features and marketing tactics.
HAL is the brainchild of an executive dicision to create an "automated conversational assistant" to guide users througout the application and offer optimization strategies. I was tasked to create an interactive assistant personified as HAL.

The main objectives for HAL is to offer helpful guidence, answer specific data queries and generate product copy and text. Displayed in a modal HAL offers a conversational prompt experience detected durning moments of incompletion or uncertainty.

HAL - AI Micro Assistance
A secondary version of HAL generates simple prompts throughout the application to assist the user in alerts, notifications, stradegies and comprehension. Small clickable icons offer secondary ai actions and tasks to assist optimizing the best results for the client.


AI Conversational Search
One product idea was to replace the traditional search experience on University websites. Offering auto-generated search results from custom data and information provide a personalized and unique search experience according to students needs.
An AI search similar to ChatGTP with the goal of resolving student issues and furthering all inquiries down the enrollment funnel. Equipt with student feedback features and traditional search results.



Website Redesign
With new AI tools from Chat Gippity in 2023 a website rebrand was in order to showcase Halda's product in a shiny new Open.ai wrapper. This was my submission sample to stakeholders.

It didn't scream "AI" enough I guess...
Side Note: It's my opinion that you should use AI in your product to delight the customer with out having to tell them about it. You cheapen the company's identity when you rebrand for low level awareness, AI abundance deminishes it's novelty.
